1. Agreement
By creating an account or using WireCom, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use WireCom for an organization or academy, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and promptly report unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You may not transfer, sell or share access in a way that bypasses subscription or device limits.
3. Plans, trials and availability
Features and device limits depend on the active plan. Trial access may be limited to one trial per person or account. Paid terms, price, duration and renewal method are shown when you purchase. Unless a mandatory local rule says otherwise, fees already earned for an active period are not refundable. We may change future pricing with notice before it applies.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, bypass access controls, distribute malicious files, interfere with other users, scrape private data, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual property, or use WireCom in violation of law. Security research must not access another user's data or disrupt the service.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of projects and material you create. You give WireCom the limited permission needed to host, process, back up and display that content to you and to people you intentionally share or study with. You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload it.
6. Electrical and safety notice
WireCom is a design, training and simulation aid. It is not a substitute for a licensed electrical engineer, qualified electrician, manufacturer documentation, code-compliance review, protective-device coordination study, site inspection or safe isolation procedure.
Simulated voltage, current, timing, faults and device behaviour are models and may not cover every product tolerance, installation condition or failure mode. Verify ratings, wiring, protection, selectivity, earthing and local electrical rules before constructing, energizing or maintaining real equipment. Never use the app as the sole basis for life-safety work.
7. Academy content
Academy owners and instructors are responsible for their courses, grading, learner communications and permissions. Certificates confirm records held in the service; they do not represent a government licence or professional authorization unless explicitly stated by the issuing academy.
8. Intellectual property
WireCom software, branding, built-in libraries and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your licence is limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable. It does not permit extracting source code, defeating technical protections or reselling the service except where law expressly permits otherwise.
9. Third-party services
The service may link to or embed Supabase, Vercel, Google, YouTube, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram or other third-party services. Their availability and terms are controlled by those providers.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, illegal use or material violation of these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export ordinary project files.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every simulation matches every physical installation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, unsafe electrical work, equipment damage or lost profits caused by reliance on unverified designs. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date or additional notice. Questions can be sent through the WireCom support number shown below.
