What deletion removes
- Your sign-in account, profile, subscriptions, registered devices and cloud projects.
- Your academy enrolments, progress, submissions and certificates associated with the account.
- Your private custom devices and profile photo stored in the cloud.
- If you own an academy, that academy and its associated courses and records.
This cannot be undone. Export any project files you want to keep and transfer academy ownership outside WireCom before deletion if those records must be retained.
What may remain
Files saved only on a Windows or Android device are controlled by that device and are not reachable by our server. Delete those files or uninstall the app yourself. Minimal records may be retained only when required by law, fraud prevention or backup-expiry schedules.
